I had a positive experience with a tire repair at River City Tire. I had an appointment and my car was seen/fixed promptly. I would have felt a bit more comfortable if more staff and fellow customers were wearing masks, but I plan on going back when the need arises.

I've been going to River City Tires for many years. Have I tried other service centers? Certainly, plenty, including those at sales dealerships. Regardless the make or model, I always end up back at RCTs. They're the friendliest and fairest repair center around. And they truly want their customers to be happy. Do they ever slip up? Certainly. They're only human & do make mistakes, but they don't take offense when you bring it to their attention, and they correct it quickly. You don't need to complain & bad-mouth them on Facebook to get satisfaction. Just give them a call or stop by. And they aren't high pressure like many other centers. They'll make recommendations and tell you how soon you should take care of it; immediately, 6 months, 2 oil changes later, whatever. Good people to deal with. They recognize you when you enter the shop, and remember what vehicles you drive. That's how they win the Quad City Times, "Best Auto Center", year after year.

Was able to schedule an appointment and get in for service on the date I requested. Service was done promptly within my allotted timeframe. Best thing ever......no upsell tactics for services not needed. Our local car dealer should take note.

Very nice employees.There was a concern that I had through the process and I received a personal phone call from the owner who then rectified the issue. The employees I know are actively getting additional training also, so that customer service is the highest priority.
