No matter who I spoke to-phone or in person-they were supremely friendly & helpful, knowledgeable & skilled. I have a 1 yr old car with less than 9000 miles but obviously ran over something that caused a flat. From a past bad experience, I was wary that I would be told it was unfixable & I’d need to buy FOUR new tires so they would “match”/“wear equally”/“balance appropriately”. I asked a friend if they knew a trustworthy place to go & River City was the immediate answer—“we never go anywhere else”, she said. Neither will I! My tire was fixed & replaced in a day’s time.

The staff are professional and courteous. They get the work done quickly and very thorough, usually alerting you to additional work that might be needed. They do a great job.

I purchased 4 tires from River City. Everyone in the office is so friendly. I can always schedule the tire rotation and oil changes in a timely manner and they are quick and efficient. I recently picked up a nail in 1 tire and they fixed it the next day. Support this great local business with excellent staff.
