We are also promoting having your vehicle inspected after it has been “sheltered-in-place” these past months to ensure you and your family have a safe and fun road trip. So check out the vehicle before you go at River City Tire – look for our Road Trip Special. Today we recommend a short trip up Highway 61 to Dubuque Iowa. What was once a small mining town has grown into a community with 3 colleges, an airport, numerous parks and trails for you to explore. We recommend starting at the Mississippi River Museum and Aquarium located on East 3rd street. There is a fee to explore but it has a live touch the snails’ tank, 12 aquariums, a steam boat, train depot and more to explore. Purchase tickets on-line and enjoy a few hours.
